Bill here are the values from my clymr manual
The 8mm nuts go to 16.5 - 19.5 ft.lbs
the 9mm nuts go to 21 - 24 ft.lbs
the cylinder base nuts go to 6 - 8.5 ft.lbs
the cylinder head cover bolts go to 6 - 8.5 ft.lbs
the plug in the cover goes to 18 - 21.5 ft.lbs
and according to my book, suzuki specifies a specific sealant and NO OTHER in big bold letters... especially rtv type sealants.
IT is: Three-Bond No. 1216.
